    This hotel was wonderful with outstandingly accommodating staff who gave our friends a lift to their bnb after her shift. The room with amazing view. The location was great and beautiful, only a short distance to old town The property was a unique base for enjoying a downtown area. The place was reasonably priced.

    The bed was hard.

    Butler arms has a fantastic ambiance and is very clean. The food was great, especially the two guys in the bar, were friendly. It's close to the wilds of the atlantic ocean.

    Nice old style hotel & well situated beach-side in Waterville. Good food but a bit pricey. Staff very efficient & helpful especially Shona who is a star asset for this hotel.

    4 star & no tea/coffee facililities in room! No hair-drier in room, no WiFi in hotel except one '30minute card' to be used in the residents lounge! Not good enough for a 4star hotel in 2011. Maybe the management need to be shaken into the year 2011 as they seem 10 years out of date!
